It also covers how ABETOHA transmits, through your agreement, your information to the MobilPay payment processor __________. This privacy policy applies only to AbeToha services. It does not apply to third-party practices we do not have, control or manage, including mobilePay services or other partners integrated with ABETOHA services (“Third Party Services”). However, we encourage you to always examine the privacy policies of all the services you are using.

What data do we collect and why

To subscribe to the newsletter and to identify you in the workshops to notify you and possibly to send you a participation diploma, certain information such as your email address and full name is required.

Cases in which MobilPay communication is made: when the user chooses to pay the AbeToha online invoice. Card payment is done through the Online MobilPay Processor. In order to give you the opportunity for online payment, you will be asked to enter a few information that will be sent to MobilPay such as name, address, phone and email contact.

Email communication

As part of our services, you can occasionally receive emails on our part. You can opt for emails about AbeToha updates, use modes, available offers. You can subscribe / unsubscribe from Newsletter anytime in your account settings.

  • The right to access – You can request information about your personal data processing activities;
  • The right to rectification – You can rectify inaccurate personal data or fill them;
